Project Management

A WRG project manager is key to the success of your project.

The project managers enter the project early to consult with client, building management, and vendors to manage project requirements. They will evaluate site conditions and preform a field verification to ensure the project design matches the actual space. The project managers prepare and execute project schedules and coordinate product manufacturer's lead times and deliveries. They will participate in construction/site meetings, conduct pre-installation and post-installation reviews with client and coordinate inventory management services. WRG doesn't stop there, we will continue to support ongoing facility management. WRG manages the project to allow our clients to focus on their core business.

As a Certified Dealer, WRG is capable of managing a project anywhere throughout the United States or across the globe. Whether you're undertaking a local project or one with multiple locations across the country, our partnership with Herman Miller and their nationwide network of Certified Dealerships ensures you will receive timely, professional attention.
