Celebrating the Launch of Maars Living Walls' First U.S. Production Facility
WRG is excited to celebrate an important milestone for our partner, Maars Living Walls, as the company announces the launch of its first U.S. based production facility in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This strategic expansion marks a significant step forward in Maars’ North American growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to delivering premium modular interior solutions closer to the markets it serves.
The new facility represents a $3 million investment and is expected to create more than 10 new jobs in the Charleston region. Designed to support growing demand across North America, the operation will include both manufacturing capabilities and a state-of-the-art showroom, allowing clients, architects, and industry partners to experience Maars’ innovative architectural wall solutions firsthand. Operations are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
For more than 80 years, Maars has been a global leader in modular wall and door systems, known for combining design flexibility, acoustic performance, and sustainability. Establishing local production in the United States will enable faster lead times, enhanced support for the dealer network, and continued delivery of the high-quality standards that define the Maars brand worldwide
