THE OBJECTIVE
✳ OUR SERVICES
Project management services, design development, space planning, and ongoing product maintenance were provided to support the successful execution and long-term functionality of the project. WRG collaborated closely with project stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation phases, ensuring design intent, furniture specifications, and operational requirements were aligned. Continued product maintenance services help preserve the performance, appearance, and longevity of the installed furnishings and solutions.
✳ COORDINATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Given the scale and complexity of the project, WRG worked closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and Baylor stakeholders throughout construction. The team ensured furniture specifications aligned with space allocations, technology integration, and power requirements while maintaining project schedules and budget objectives. Proactive communication and flexibility allowed the team to navigate evolving project needs and deliver a seamless installation experience.
✳ STUDENT-CENTERED ENVIRONMENTS
The facility was designed to support a variety of learning styles and educational experiences. Spaces include student lounges, collaborative study areas, teaching environments, nursing practicum spaces, offices, workstations, café and break areas, and other specialized support spaces. Furniture solutions were selected to enhance comfort, functionality, and adaptability while fostering connection, engagement, and academic success.
✳ PROJECT IMPACT
The completed project represents a $15 million furniture investment and serves as a cornerstone of Baylor College of Medicine's educational mission. Through thoughtful planning and close collaboration, WRG helped deliver a cohesive, flexible, and future-ready environment that supports students, faculty, staff, and healthcare professionals for years to come.
