To create a centralized Dallas workplace that supports collaboration, operational efficiency, and long-term growth while reflecting the client’s evolving culture and leadership vision. The project focused on consolidating key departments into a flexible, high-performing environment utilizing DIRTT modular construction systems and modern workplace solutions to enhance adaptability, efficiency, and future scalability.
THE OBJECTIVE
✳ FLEXIBLE WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS WITH DIRTT
To support long-term adaptability and evolving workplace needs, WRG incorporated DIRTT modular construction systems throughout the Dallas project. Utilizing demountable glass walls, framed office fronts, and flexible architectural components, the workplace was designed to balance openness, privacy, and performance. These systems allow spaces to be reconfigured efficiently as departments grow or operational needs shift, minimizing disruption while maintaining a cohesive and modern aesthetic.
✳ MODERN OFFICE FRONTS & COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENTS
The Dallas workplace features a range of DIRTT office and meeting room applications including private offices, huddle rooms, and executive collaboration spaces. Slim-profile glass fronts and integrated swing door systems maximize natural light while enhancing acoustic control and visual connectivity across the office. Paired with MillerKnoll furnishings and technology integration, the environment delivers a clean, high-performance workspace that supports both focused work and team collaboration.
