We Care 2020

Giving looks a little different this holiday season. We have had to adapt to many things this year and we knew now more than ever that we wanted to continue our yearly commitment to the Boys and Girls Clubs in our community.

For 24 years, WRG has partnered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Herman Miller to spread holiday cheer at our We Care events. In a normal year, these events invite local youth in our communities to gather and create crafts and gifts for family members. While this year looks a little different, we’re still celebrating by making special home-delivered gift bags and hygiene kits for our kids. With the help of our WRG and Herman Miller Family along with community donations we compiled 600+ kits filled with board games, craft supplies, snacks and warm weather gear.

We want to thank our WRG and Herman Miller team along with the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and Acme Brick Company for their generous donations. Thanks to the big hearts of our community, we were able to donate a truck full of items to the Dallas and Tarrant County Boys and Girls Clubs. The donations included:

3,250 Non-Perishable Food Items.

500 Hygiene Kits filled with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothbrushes, deodorant and more.

300 We Care Kits filled with Hats, Mittens, Socks, Hand Sanitizers, Chapstick, Crayons and food.

Here at WRG, no matter what comes our way we will continue our efforts to improve people’s lives at work, at home and in our community.
