The Multinational Conglomerate Client relocated into Ryan Tower in Plano in late summer 2025, creating a new permanent office for its Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams. Designed to support growth and enhance the employee experience, the space serves as both a premier workplace and a strategic talent hub within the DFW market.

The office features flexible hoteling, collaborative areas, hospitality-inspired spaces, and private settings for focused work, meetings, and virtual calls. Located in the rapidly growing Plano/DFW area, the space also positions the client to strengthen relationships with local universities and develop early-career talent pipelines.

Strong coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and trades ensured a smooth project delivery. Weekly meetings, real-time schedule updates, and proactive procurement tracking supported efficient execution, while early cost validation and value engineering helped maintain budget alignment throughout the project.
