THE OBJECTIVE
Patterson-UTI partnered with WRG to transform two office floors supporting more than 100 private offices and workstations. With a large inventory of pre-owned furniture and one floor requiring immediate occupancy, the project called for a responsive solution that could meet an accelerated timeline while making the most of existing assets.
Driven by Inventure’s thoughtful workplace design vision, WRG helped bring the two floors together through a strategic blend of new and existing furnishings. The result is a cohesive, high-performing environment with seamless transitions between private offices, workstations, and collaborative spaces, balancing functionality, collaboration, and user experience.
✳ STRATEGIC FURNITURE REUSE
A detailed inventory assessment identified opportunities to reuse previously purchased furniture while integrating new solutions where they would have the greatest impact.
✳ FAST-TRACK EXECUTION
Through responsive planning and close collaboration between Patterson-UTI, Inventure, and WRG, the project met critical occupancy deadlines while maintaining the overall design vision and long-term functionality of the space.
